Tackling Trauma Triggers :
This one day workshop covers steps and strategies for stabilizing and healing from Betrayal Trauma. BT is caused by being in an intimate relationship with someone who has betrayed their commitment of fidelity and honesty to you. The workshop is a structured psychoeducational experience that addresses empowering and effective tools to help you to begin your process of defining boundaries within your own control as well as the self-care that is needed to help stabilize the from the trauma of sexual betrayal. Facilitated by Leslie Haws, Lifestar Clinical Director, LMFT, CSAT and Partner Specialist with over 20 years of experience working with Partners and Addicts. (The fee plus materials is $279)
